We got to the gym and preschool today. Everybody was well today. I did my strength training and bike time. I hate the bike, and I hate strength training. BLAH.

What do you for strength training? I need to add some and I am going to take a bootcamp class, I think. I would like to try weights, even just using my 5 pounders at home.
ReplyDeleteI do the machines at the gym, and I also do BodyPUmp, its an hr long barbell class at the gym I go too. I wish I could take a boot camp, we don't have it offered where I go
